VOCAL COACHING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between:
Coach: Tomika Arnold ("Instructor")
Client: [Client’s Name] ("Student")

This agreement outlines the terms of the vocal coaching services provided by Tomika Arnold to the Student.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Instructor agrees to provide the following services:

  • Vocal coaching sessions for the agreed duration.
  • Personalized vocal exercises, song training, and performance techniques.
  • Feedback and guidance based on the Student’s progress.
  • Live or virtual lessons as per the chosen package.

2. SCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sessions will be held on [Day & Time] for [Duration] weeks.
  • Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to reschedule.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be forfeited without a refund.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • The Student agrees to pay [Total Amount] for the coaching program.
  • Payment is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment plans (if applicable) must be completed by [Due Date].
  • No refunds after the first session unless the Instructor cancels services.

4. EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Student agrees to attend lessons on time and practice assigned exercises.
  • The Instructor will provide a supportive and professional learning environment.
  • Both parties agree to mutual respect and professionalism during sessions.

5. LIABILITY RELEASE

  • The Instructor is not responsible for any injuries, vocal strain, or discomfort resulting from misuse of techniques.
  • The Student is responsible for following proper vocal health practices as advised.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
  • If the Instructor cancels services, a prorated refund will be issued.
